People carry different characteristics and because of these differences people are special. However, at the same time, it becomes difficult to understand the difference.

When we first started our business we had difficulties facing each others’ differences.

But one of us said that, “When you accept and acknowledge another person’s difference the difference becomes yours! I will be awesome because of you and you will too because of me.” It eased the problem.

Then I thought I wanted to run SOME which will make other people AWESOME because of me.
