Morning Routine:
-
Cleanser:
Use a gentle foam or gel cleanser to remove oils and refresh your skin. -
Toner:
Dab a little toner on a cotton pad or your hands and pat it onto your face. It balances your skin's pH and preps it for the next steps. -
Essence:
Apply a lightweight essence to hydrate and improve skin texture. -
Serum:
Choose a serum for your skin concern (e.g., vitamin C for brightness or niacinamide for pores). Apply a few drops. -
Moisturizer:
Lock in all the hydration with a light cream or gel moisturizer. -
Sunscreen:
The most important step! Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher to protect your skin from sun damage.
Night Routine:
-
Oil Cleanser:
Massage onto dry skin to remove makeup and sunscreen, then rinse off. -
Foam/Gel Cleanser:
Double cleanse with your usual cleanser to ensure skin is completely clean. -
Exfoliate (2-3 times a week):
Use a gentle exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. Don’t overdo it! -
Toner:
Apply as you did in the morning to soothe and prep your skin. -
Sheet Mask (optional, 2-3 times a week):
Relax with a hydrating sheet mask for 15-20 minutes. -
Essence:
Pat on for that plump, dewy look. -
Serum:
Use a nighttime serum, like retinol or peptides, to repair and rejuvenate your skin. -
Eye Cream:
Gently tap under and around the eyes with your ring finger. -
Moisturizer:
Use a richer cream to nourish and lock in hydration overnight.
