All facial care services include the following core treatment process:

• Skin analysis and gentle peeling
• Facial massage + Neck and shoulder massage
• Mask application
• Advanced machine therapy for deep nourishment

Choose from one of the following specialized care options:

• Moisture & Wrinkle Care – Hydrate and reduce fine lines
• Trouble Care – Calm acne-prone or sensitive skin
• Whitening Care – Brighten skin tone and reduce pigmentation

1. Essential

Basic facial care focused on deep cleansing

Perfect for first-time visitors or those looking for a light, refreshing facial session.

2. Special

Full-face extraction + acne patch care + moisturizer sample

If extraction is not needed, a mini scalp massage and galvanic machine treatment will be provided instead.

Ideal for those with acne-prone or problem skin requiring focused treatment.

3. Premium

Special facial care + relaxing back massage

A luxurious experience that combines skin care and stress relief. Includes all elements of the Special level plus a soothing back massage.

Payment & Reservation Policy

• A deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid at the shop after your service.
• Cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 3 days of the appointment date are non-refundable.
• Reservation changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the service time.
• Changes and cancellations are only available during business hours.
• Business Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed on Friday and Saturday)

Notice Regarding Appointment Rescheduling by the Therapist

In rare cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to the therapist’s health or personal reasons.

• Rescheduling with at least 3 days’ notice: The appointment may be adjusted with prior notice.

• Rescheduling within 3 days: A complimentary one-level service upgrade will be provided.
