Full-face extraction + acne patch care + moisturizer sample
If extraction is not needed, a mini scalp massage and galvanic machine treatment will be provided instead.
Ideal for those with acne-prone or problem skin requiring focused treatment.
3. Premium
Special facial care + relaxing back massage
A luxurious experience that combines skin care and stress relief. Includes all elements of the Special level plus a soothing back massage.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Deposit:
A deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid at the shop after your service.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made (24 hours or more before the appointment) are eligible for a full deposit refund.
- Cancellations made (less than 24 hours before the appointment) will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
- Appointments can be rescheduled (24 hours) or more before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability, with no deduction from the deposit.
- Rescheduling requests made (less than 24 hours before the appointment) will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
