Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid at the shop after your service.
  • Cancellations made (24 hours or more before the appointment) are eligible for a full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations made (less than 24 hours before the appointment) will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled (24 hours) or more before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability, with no deduction from the deposit.
  • Rescheduling requests made (less than 24 hours before the appointment) will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
